How It Works
Earn 100 points every time you donate to any participating Goodwill Columbus location. Plus, you’ll get 200 points when you make a donation at our new Bexley, New Albany, Frantz Road, Grove City, or Clintonville locations.

How do I earn points for my donations?
Gather gently used items in your home, business, or community and bring them to a participating Goodwill. While making your donation at Goodwill, open Do Good, select your location, and tap ‘Check In’. You’ll earn 100-200 points for each donation to a participating Goodwill. Note: limit two (2) donations per day for points.
How do I redeem points?
Open ‘Do Good’ and navigate to the ‘Rewards’ tab. Notice your point total in the top right corner. In the ‘My Rewards’ section, you can scroll through rewards that are currently available. From here, you can redeem your points for exclusive savings, unique giveaways, and one-of-a-kind member experiences.
What are exclusive member experiences?
Get ready for fun in the thrift store! Everything from candle making classes to scavenger hunts, Goodwill will host in-person workshops and events throughout the year exclusively for active Do Good members.
