Work & Community Services

At Goodwill, we believe in empowering individuals who face the challenges of developmental disabilities to set and achieve goals.

This is precisely the thinking behind our Work and Community Services program (WCS). At Work and Community Services, we reach out to individuals with developmental disabilities, the majority of whom have been dually diagnosed with a developmental disability and mental illness.

As specialists in this area with a high staff-to-participant ratio, we are uniquely qualified to help individuals learn work and social skills. We provide adult day support, community-integrated work and activity opportunities, vocational habilitation, activity groups and socialization programs, all in a safe, structured and caring environment.

The intensive needs of every person enrolled in Work and Community Services are met, including comprehensive behavior services and onsite medical assistance.
