- New Fleet of 18-Wheelers Showcases Goodwill’s Participants and Their Abilities
NBC-4, WCMH-TV in Columbus, Ohio, turned the cameras on a new fleet of semi-tractor trailers that are now acting as “moving billboards” for Goodwill Columbus’ mission. Goodwill’s Vice President of Marketing and Development, Leslie Poole, talks on camera about the agency’s 10 new donation center and retail store delivery trucks. The trucks display images of local program participants at Goodwill. Simple messages on the trucks are aimed at educating members of the community about how their donations to Goodwill Columbus change lives. Through its many programs and services, Goodwill Columbus works daily to build independence, quality of life and work opportunities for thousands individuals with disabilities and other barriers.
