Your Time

At Goodwill Columbus, we couldn’t do what we do for our participants without a committed group of volunteers ready to offer their time and talents to help others. We hope you’ll join us!

As a volunteer at Goodwill Columbus, you will have an opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of those with developmental disabilities and other barriers. Whether you desire to work directly with our participants, help with an event, or engage in a variety of fundraising activities to support our many programs, your skills, talents and interests are valued and have a place at Goodwill Columbus.

Auxiliary Groups

Goodwill Columbus has four different councils and auxiliary groups that support our programs:  Barrier Breakers, for young professionals who sponsor fundraising events that support Goodwill’s mission; the Business Advisory Council, for business professionals who wish to serve in an advisory capacity for our Workforce Development program; Families and Friends Network, family members and friends of adults enrolled in Goodwill’s social, recreational and educational programs; and the Goodwill Service Board, women from the community-at-large who engage in fundraising programs and service projects with participants in several Goodwill programs.
